Definition: A scalable business model is a business structure designed to grow revenue significantly without a proportional increase in operating costs. This allows the business to serve more customers or expand operations efficiently.

Example: A software-as-a-service (SaaS) company has a scalable business model because it can sell subscriptions to thousands of users without a significant rise in production costs.
